The Nitecore EDC37 is an ultra high-performance everyday-carry (EDC) flashlight delivering a blistering 8000 lumen maximum output and a maximum beam throw of 459 yards (420 meters) in Lumen Shield burst mode, making it one of the brightest compact EDC lights available. Designed for tradespeople, mechanics, first responders, security professionals, and outdoor enthusiasts who need serious illumination in a pocket-friendly package, the EDC37 features a slim flat shape just 1.22 inches thin and weighing only 7.02 ounces, so it rides comfortably in a pocket, tool bag, or pack every day without bulk. Power comes from a built-in rechargeable battery charged through a USB-C port with on-board power indicators that show the current charge level at a glance. A full charge takes just over 2 hours and delivers up to 190 hours of continuous runtime on the lowest setting, eliminating the ongoing cost and waste of disposable CR123A or AA cells. A crisp digital OLED display provides real-time lumen readouts, battery power levels, and remaining runtime estimates so you always know exactly how much light and run time you have left — a feature rarely found on a light this compact. Operation is handled by two dual-stage buttons: a round tail button for adjusting brightness and accessing the momentary ultra-low mode, and a rectangular customizable side button that can be set to activate Spotlight, Floodlight, or Strobe depending on the task at hand. The Lumen Shield burst mode throws a focused long-distance beam for inspecting attics, crawlspaces, job sites, or the far end of a warehouse, while the wide floodlight pattern is ideal for close-up work, under-hood illumination, and general area lighting. Built from anodized aluminum with shock-resistant and weatherproof construction, the EDC37 shrugs off drops, rain, and jobsite dust. A built-in safety lock prevents accidental activation in a pocket or bag. In the box: Nitecore EDC37 flashlight, USB-C charging cable, lanyard, and Nitecore sticker.
