Availability set by the retailer

The Wera 05020102001 6004 Joker XXL Self-Setting Spanner is an adjustable open-end wrench that automatically and continuously grips hexagon screws and bolts across all metric and imperial dimensions in its range (24-32 mm / 15/16-1 1/4"). A built-in lever mechanism when gripping prevents slipping and damage to the fastener, while the integrated mechanical ratchet function enables fast, consistent screwdriving without removing the wrench from the bolt. The return angle is only 30° thanks to the placement of the double-hex profile in the corner-width rectangular prisms in the mouth, allowing work in tight spaces with minimal swing. The XXL size measures 322 mm (12.68 inches) long for maximum leverage on the largest fasteners. Rated 4.7 out of 5 stars across 1,277 reviews with 100+ bought in the past month and Amazon's Choice designation. Brand: Wera; Head Style: Hex; Operation Mode: Mechanical; Measurement Standard: Both (Dual - Metric & Imperial); Wrench Length Style: Extra Long; Material: Blend; Item Length: 15.75 inches; Item Weight: 0.08 kg. Ideal for maintenance, automotive, repair, and mechanical work where a single self-adjusting wrench can replace a whole set of fixed spanners on large fasteners.

Choosing Ratchets & Wrenches

How do I pick the right ratchet drive size?

Choose the drive size by the fastener size and torque you need — 1/4-inch for small fasteners and tight spaces, 3/8-inch for general automotive and mechanical work, and 1/2-inch for high-torque lug nuts and large bolts. A higher tooth count means a smaller swing arc, which is useful in confined areas.

When do I need a flex-head or swivel ratchet?

When fasteners sit at an angle or in recessed areas where a fixed-head ratchet cannot align. A flex or swivel head lets you keep the handle clear of obstructions while the socket stays on the fastener, improving access in tight engine bays and assemblies.
