Availability set by the retailer
The Runclimb Solenoid Valve Magnet Tool is a fast, straightforward, non-invasive, and highly effective HVAC & refrigeration troubleshooting tool used to manually open solenoid coils that cannot be energized for various reasons. Powered by a strong industrial-grade magnet, it effortlessly lifts the valve stem and plunger of the solenoid valve, saving time during troubleshooting and ensuring precise diagnostics. This solenoid magnet is suitable for most common industrial valves with an inner diameter of up to 18mm, including directly operated or pilot-operated 2-way solenoids, 3-way reclaim valves, and 4-way reversing valves. It works seamlessly with single-directional, bi-directional, direct current (DC), and alternating current (AC) solenoid valves. Crafted from top-quality materials, it features durable ABS plastic housing and a robust industrial-grade magnet that is reliable, durable, and easy to use. Simply open the machine casing and employ this solenoid magnet tool to manually operate the solenoid valve — no complex disassembly required — whether for troubleshooting, system maintenance, temporary operation, or manual valve reversal. Operation Steps: 1. Disconnect the power supply and remove the motor coil. 2. Place the solenoid magnet on the valve stem until a 'click' sound is heard. 3. If no 'click' is heard, repeat step 2 until the valve opens. 4. After completing the manual operation, remove the solenoid magnet, and reposition the motor coil to its original location.
